Tiara Yachts Manufacturing Projects

This project highlights my work as a Manufacturing Engineering Intern at Tiara Yachts. I designed and built tooling, fixtures, and process improvements for marine production. This included creating a universal scaffolding system for grid molds and universal carts for hardtop supports to improve accessibility, efficiency, and ergonomics in the assembly process. These projects enhanced manufacturing flow, reduced handling time, and strengthened worker safety within the production environment.
